Thank you for choosing Find My Sunshine. We create tools designed to support your personal growth, healing, and daily inspiration. Because of the nature of our products, our return policy is divided into Digital and Physical items. Please review the details below.
🌞 Digital Products (Downloadable Files)
All digital product purchases are final sale.
Once your files are delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. You receive lifetime access to your downloads, so they can be saved and reprinted anytime.
If you experience issues downloading or accessing your files, please email us at hello@findmysunshine.store and we’ll be happy to help.
📦 Physical Products (Journals, Printed Materials, Goods)
We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@findmysunshine.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Returns & Exchanges for Physical Items • Physical items may be eligible for return or exchange if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist with next steps. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to provide refunds for missing or stolen items.
